Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. I have a detailed Privacy Policy that explains how I collect, use, store, and protect your information and photographs, and it is available to clients who book with me. When you book a session, you'll have the opportunity to review and select the image-sharing preference that best fits your family. Your selection is separate from this Privacy Policy and is documented through your client agreement.
This is your family's story, your choice. Whether you want to see your photos featured in my portfolio or prefer to keep them private, I will always respect your choice!

Privacy Policy Details
Information Collected
- Name, email, phone number, and contact information.
- Session details, preferences, and information you provide when booking.
- Information submitted through your contact form, inquiry form, or website.
Client Privacy & Photograph Use
Your family’s photographs are personal, and I believe you should have a say in how they are shared and handled. When you book a session, you’ll choose how you’d like your photographs to be used for my portfolio and marketing.
Your family may choose:
- Full marketing permission — recognizable photographs may be used in my portfolio and marketing.
- Limited marketing permission — photographs may be used only when participating children are not reasonably recognizable.
- Private session — photographs will not be used for public portfolio or marketing purposes.
Your choice never affects the experience, quality, or care you receive.

Editing & AI-assisted tools
I use Adobe Lightroom photography software as part of my professional editing workflow. Some Adobe tools include AI-assisted features such as masking, noise reduction, retouching, and removing distractions. AI-assisted editing is different from using photographs to train an AI model. I will not knowingly use your photographs to train, fine-tune, or develop an AI or machine-learning model, and I will not knowingly create substantially altered or unrelated AI-generated images of your children for marketing without separate permission. If I introduce AI-generated or substantially altered imagery into my services, I will explain how it is used and obtain separate permission when appropriate.
Your Photographs and Personal Information
Your photographs and personal information are stored and handled through the following professional services to provide your photography experience:
- Pixieset for all my services: website, galleries, booking, contracts, payments, questionaires
- Adobe Lightroom: Professional editing
I take all necessary steps to protect your images and personal information. I do not sell your photographs or personal information.
Photo Storage & Retention
Your photographs and personal information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide your services, maintain your records, meet legal or contractual obligations, and manage your business. When information is no longer needed, I take reasonable steps to delete or securely dispose of it, when appropriate.
